Michelle Carter, the stupid little bitch who helped talk a guy into killing himself, is a twisted little piece of crap & needs a lot of psychological help, but she didn’t break any laws & she’s not a criminal.

Massachusetts has no laws against the encouragement or assistance of suicide. The prosecution perverted & twisted the law to create an illegal charge of involuntary manslaughter by claiming she was wanton & reckless, but being wanton & reckless itself is not a crime — women who dress in provocative clothing & people who disdain others because their simply different (e.g., gay, minority, Muslim, etc.) are wanton, and people who jump out of perfectly good airplanes or refuse to wear seat belts are reckless. You can’t be criminally wanton & reckless unless the act you’re wanton & reckless with is against the law.

I predict she’ll win upon appeal or they’ll give her a light sentence of probation, and she really needed a better lawyer.
